Founder of the Company ProEnergy. A Service Contractor background with twenty years of experience in applications engineering, management of field operations and marketing in various positions with the Baker Hughes group. General Manager of ProEnergy since 2001.
He has gained an extensive knowledge on Completion Engineering, Production Optimisation, Well Operations/Project Management, Well Integrity, Well Ageing and Risk Management.
Certified Quality Lead Auditor specialised for Oilfield and Chemical industries. Paolo holds an MS degree in Chemical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano.
Paolo is a certified and registered engineer, and is an associated member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

ANNA ALBANO
Marketing Director

Co-founder/Shareholder of the Company. A service Contractor background with experience in the management of Service Companies operating in the Oilfield. Has been Managing Director for Baker Hughes group in Italy covering South Europe and North Africa and in the same position with Geoservices. Marketing Director of ProEnergy since 2013.
Extensive knowledge of international oil market and the different players operating in it. Anna has held a position for 5 years in Geoservices Paris, being in charge of all the contacts and activities worldwide performed by Eni. In the many years in this position, she has achieved a network of important contacts, ranging from Contacts with Royal Families to State owned Companies.
Anna holds a Business and Administration high school degree with specialization in Management and Leadership with the Houston University.
She has gained experience in Merger and Acquisitions and the last Merger Project followed was in 2009 in Geoservices.
Also in the late 90, she has managed the most important Integrated Projects performed in Italy and where Baker was the Group Leader in front of the Customers through an ATI set up.

LIVIO CARAMANICO

Livio holds an MS degree in Environmental Engineering at the University of L’Aquila.
He has been working in the Oil & Gas Industry since 2003, and currently holds the position of Project Coordinator within ProEnergy.

Elena holds an MS degree in Environmental Engineering at the University of Studies of Perugia. She also has a certification as a lead auditor and consultant in HSEQ Integrated Management Systems.
She has been working with ProEnergy as a Project Engineer since 2011, and has been involved in several projects, including:

  • Time/cost analysis of reference abandoned wells and optimization of procedures for the definition of Well Abandonment Costs
  • Market Analysis about innovative technologies for the optimization of permanent well abandonment
  • Independent Well Examinations of drilling/workover programmes relevant to offshore wells, in accordance with the EU Directive 2013/30/EU
  • Analysis of possible Incident Scenarios related to the installation of production facilities and gas line for an onshore production well
  • Preparation of Well Intervention Studies in case of possible blowout scenarios for onshore gas storage wells
  • Well Integrity Studies for onshore and offshore production wells
  • Support in the development of Environmental, Social and Health Impact Assessments (ESHIA), including also all related specialist studies and surveys
  • Preparation of HSE Technical Specifications for Contractors activities

STEFANO ZANCHI

Stefano holds an MS degree in Physics at the University of Milan and a Master in HSEQ Integrated Management Systems.
He has been working with ProEnergy as a Project Engineer since 2018, and has been involved in Well Data Management and Performance Analysis activities.
Before joining ProEnergy, he worked in the Oil and Gas Industry from April 2014 to September 2017 as Field Engineer for Geolog International BV. In particular, he was in charge for the acquisition of well data and the monitoring of operational parameters at rig site during drilling and workover operations.

LUIGI MARCO PERUTA

Luigi Marco holds an MS degree in Geological Sciences and Technologies - Geodynamics at the University of Milan.
He has been working with ProEnergy as a Project Engineer since 2019, and has been involved in Well Data Management and Performance Analysis activities.
Before joining ProEnergy, he worked in the Oil and Gas Industry from September 2012 to May 2016 as Field Engineer for Geolog International BV. In particular, he was in charge for real- time acquisition and monitoring of operational and safety parameters at rig site during drilling and workover operations.
