Information concerning the use of personal details as per Legislative Decree N° 196/2003.

  1. Personal data will be subject to processing and use in the computerized archival system of ProEnergy s.r.l., for uses connected to the management of the web site www.proenergyonline.com and any related services. Moreover, such details will also be used to send requested information to users.
  2. ProEnergy s.r.l. reserves the right to refuse the provision of information should any of the details supplied by users prove to be false.
  3. Any personal details supplied will only be available to ProEnergy s.r.l.
  4. Art.7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 gives users specific rights concerning the treatment of personal details, including:
  • the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of details that may concern them;
  • the right to update, rectify or complete such details, as well as their cancellation, transformation into anonymous data or their suspension in the case of misuse;
  • the right to deny use as per the above indications only for legitimate reasons.

The holder of the rights to manage such data is ProEnergy s.r.l. The person responsible for data management, as per Legislative Decree 196/2003, is the General Manager of ProEnergy s.r.l.
