Well Integrity is the “application of technical, operational and organisational solutions to reduce risk of uncontrolled release of formation fluids throughout the life cycle of a well” (Norsok Standard D-010).

- Collection of well construction data (casing, cement, completion, wellhead, etc.)
- Collection of operational/production data (involved fluids, temperatures, pressures, flow rates, etc.)

- Stress Analysis calculations to verify resistance to expected maximum loads
- Collection of possible annulus/inter-casing pressures at wellhead
- Calculation of maximum allowable pressures for each annulus/inter-casing
- Preparation of suitable investigation programmes (draw down-build up tests, samples analyses, …)
- Analysis of possible causes of loss of integrity and proposal of remedial actions
